I was once told I should have a car at my age, that it’s embarrassing that I don’t have one because everyone needs one.
And that’s my problem. You shouldn’t feel like you have to purchase anything, because everything that exists people feel like they need just because it’s now required or enforced is pathetic. Everything that makes people feel like that has entire businesses around them, and I’m not proud of businesses forcing people using social interaction to have people purchase their products; I find it sickly. Anything that you are pressured to buy using the people as a voice you should actively avoid, because once you get into a system you can’t escape from being convinced you need to get into it, what else will they convince you that you ‘need’?
